AI character build
Wren Alvarez: from blank page to a finished AI avatar video
Wren Alvarez started as one sentence: a line cook who got tired of watching people order takeout for meals they could cook in fifteen minutes, and decided to teach solo cooking on camera. Everything else was built from that sentence, in order, in about a week of working sessions.
The first phase was identity. Before touching an image generator we wrote a character bible: who Wren is, how she talks, what she will and will not do on camera, and the running details that make her feel like a person instead of a template. That bible became a single production prompt, which is the piece most people skip and the reason most AI characters drift into looking like a different person every post.
Then we locked the face. We generated reference images, picked the canonical set, and built a quality gate: a short checklist every future image has to pass before it ships. Same process for the voice. We shortlisted candidates, checked the rights, and locked one voice with a pronunciation and delivery guide so Wren sounds like Wren in every clip.
The last phase put it together: a finished avatar video of Wren teaching, produced through a repeatable pipeline. Not a one-off lucky render. The point of the build was that video number twenty costs the same effort as video number two, because the character bible, the locked face, the locked voice, and the QC gate do the remembering.
The full build runs as a 21-lesson quick start track inside the Axis Community, where you make your own version of every artifact Wren has. Or we run the same pipeline for your business as a done-for-you build.
